“Garden Walks Revisited”

Theme: This exhibit is to showcase Garden Walk paintings done over the years and is not an “official” BWS show. Any artist who has participated in Garden Walk, or was inspired by Garden Walk paintings, is welcome to enter their garden painting(s).  BWS membership is not required.

IMPORTANT DATES:

• Exhibit Dates: Tuesday, January 5 – Thursday, February 25

• Drop Off: Monday January 4, 10-12

• Hang Show: Monday, January 5, 12-2 

• Opening Reception: Friday, January 15, 4-7

• Pick Up: Monday, March 1, 10-12

Reception: CSC provides for the reception, but homemade donations are always welcome!

Mediums: Any medium is acceptable.

Size: Any size is welcome.

Framing: Framing is not required; however, unframed paintings must be matted and “sleeved” in a glassine slipcase with a stiff backing board.  Standard size sleeves are available from Charlotte and Jeanne. Just ask!

If framed, standard rules apply: No sawtooth hangers; D-hooks and wire required.

Greeting Cards: Hand painted original cards are welcome! They sell for $10 each and 100% goes to CSC. (Blank cards and sleeves are available from Jeanne – just ask!)

Sales and Pricing:

Sales commission on paintings and prints is 30% which supports the CSC art programs for patients, families, and caregivers.

Credit cards are accepted only if the artist provides a method to receive payment, e.g. Venmo, Zelle, PayPal.

A QR code is required for ease of accepting payment by CSC.

PLEASE EMAIL YOUR LABEL INFORMATION PRIOR TO DROP OFF!

Wall labels need to be prepared prior to take-in.

Door Prizes:

Any artist who enters the show is eligible to be entered into a drawing for one of three door prizes!
