"I paint for myself, for the challenge and joy of it; but knowing visual art must be seen to be heard, my greatest satisfaction comes when you concur with my feelings. Then you too become a part of my marks on paper - and I always leave room for you."

"I try to express images that are on, above and below the surface of the painting. I hope I invite the viewer to follow as I work and see the painting process from tentative beginnings to the final touch. Some of the beginnings become non-objective abstracts. Some become landscapes or still life. All are collaborations between watercolor-the medium; and myself-the artist. I think we both enjoy ourselves."

Workshop location and time:

Saturday, May 28, 2011, 9 am to 4 pm
First Christian Church, Bloomington, IN
(corner of Kirkwood & Washington)

Registration:

$55 for members
$65 for non-members

Registration rules and deadlines:

• Members will pay $55; Non-members will pay $65.
• Deadline for member payment is the end of the day on April 15.
  After that, all remaining spaces will be open to the waiting list and non-members
• Deadline for ALL registrations is 5 pm on May 14.
  But hurry, spaces are going quickly!
  
• Cancellations must be made by May 14 for full refund.
  Cancellations made after this date will NOT be eligible to receive a refund. However, if an enrolled person wants to "sell" their registration to someone else, that's acceptable; however, members @ bloomingtonwatercolor.org must be informed of any changes.

You may pay with check, major credit/debit card or a PayPal account (if you have one). First-come, first-served only:

• Credit Card or PayPal - Register instantly online using the form below.
• Checks -
  • Mail your payment to us; write a check to Bloomington Watercolor Society and send to:
    PO Box 5236, Bloomington, IN 47407-5236    
    (Please email members@bloomingtonwatercolor.org to let us know your check is coming; we'll hold a spot for 4 days)
  • Give a BWS officer your check at the April 11 meeting.

Online registration instructions:

2. Click the blue "Register Now" button, above.

   1. PayPal: You can just log in at the opening page and follow instructions.
      
      
   2. Major credit card: If you want to pay by major credit card, from the opening page, follow the two steps below:

      2. Click the button and complete the form.
         Note that your Billing Address is required, because we want to be able to communicate with you!

As soon as you register, you will receive a confirmation by email. In addition, the Bloomington Watercolor Society treasurer will receive an immediate notification of your registration.
